Unless your vehicle was involved in a crime, you are entitled to be able to retrieve your personal items from the vehicle.  That means, anything that is not physically attached to the car (like a stereo) can be retrieved.  The driver/owner should contact the lot and arrange a time to come and collect his/her belongings.  If the lot is closed, a ‘gate fee’ may be charged to open the lot.  Haul It All charges $50 to open after hours.
